Most services begin within minutes. Every service carries a speed tag — fast, average or slow — so you know what to expect before you order.
What happens if an order does not deliver?
The amount is held rather than spent while an order is open. If the provider fails it, the hold is released and the money is back in your balance.
Can I get a refill if the numbers drop?
Where a service supports refills you can request one from the order itself, inside its refill window. Each service says whether it does before you buy.
How do I pay?
Add funds to your wallet by card, crypto or bank transfer, then spend that balance per order. Your balance does not expire.
