Privacy Policy
What we store when you register, fund a wallet, place orders, or open a support ticket — and how you can ask about it.
Updated 31 October 2026
Account data: email, optional username, password hash, and security settings such as two-factor authentication.
Order and wallet data: services ordered, links you submit, quantities, payments, deposits, and ticket messages.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser basics, and session cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Optional fields you choose to send in support tickets or profile settings.
To run the panel: authenticate you, place and track orders, move wallet funds, and answer support tickets.
To fight abuse: rate limits, fraud checks, and security alerts.
To meet legal obligations when a lawful request requires it.
We do not sell your personal information. Providers receive only what is required to fulfill an order (for example the target link and quantity).
Essential cookies keep your session, locale, and theme. The cookie banner on this site records a local choice about non-essential storage.
We do not load third-party ad trackers from the panel chrome. Analytics, if enabled by operators later, will be described here and in the banner.
Order and ledger records are kept for accounting and dispute handling. Closed tickets may be retained for operational history.
Access to production data is limited to staff roles that need it. Passwords are stored hashed. Transmit secrets only over HTTPS.
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to export a copy of what we hold about you.
Open a support ticket from your account for privacy requests. We may need to verify it is you before acting.
Some records cannot be fully erased while they are required for fraud prevention, unpaid balances, or law.
Privacy questions: open a ticket under Support after you sign in, or use the contact path on the homepage.
If we appoint a formal privacy contact or DPO, those details will be listed in this section.
