Rules for using the UHQ SMM panel, placing orders, and handling refunds, refills, and prohibited content.
Updated 31 October 2026
UHQ SMM sells social media marketing services from its catalogue: followers, likes, views, and related engagement. Orders are placed against a funded wallet and fulfilled through upstream providers. Delivery speed and quality vary by service and are described on each service page.
Unless a service description says otherwise, purchased engagement is for appearance and reach metrics. We do not guarantee that new followers will interact with your content, message you, or remain active forever.
We do not guarantee that every account used in fulfillment has a complete profile picture, biography, or history. Quality bands differ by service; read the service name and description before you pay.
Do not use UHQ SMM to promote illegal content, hate, scams, malware, or material that violates the rules of the destination platform. We may refuse or cancel orders that breach those rules.
Orders on private accounts, locked pages, wrong links, or restricted content usually cannot start. Make the target public and correct before ordering. Failed starts of that kind are not refunded when the service page warns about private or invalid targets.
Important. Followers, likes, views, and similar metrics supplied through this panel are artificial marketing services unless a service explicitly states otherwise. They are not sold as real personal relationships.
Digital marketing services begin processing after payment. Once a provider has accepted an order, that line generally cannot be unwound like a physical product return.
If a service offers a refill window, drops inside that window may be refilled according to the service terms shown at order time. Refill is not a cash refund.
Wallet deposits are credits for catalogue use. Unused balance stays on the account unless a separate withdrawal path is enabled by operators. Chargebacks or payment disputes may freeze the account while we investigate.
If we cancel an order before fulfillment starts because of a provider or panel fault, the hold is released back to your wallet. Customer mistakes (wrong link, private profile, prohibited content) do not create a refund obligation when the catalogue warned about them.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for activity on your account. Share API keys only with people you trust.
Place one active order per link unless a service allows stacking. Starting a second order on the same link before the first finishes can stall delivery.
Drip-feed, subscriptions, and mass orders follow the rules on those screens. Quantity, runs, and delay settings you submit are what we send to providers.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the panel, attempt fraud, harass staff, or repeatedly place prohibited orders.
Prices are shown per 1,000 units unless a service says otherwise. The quote at checkout is authoritative; ranks and coupons can change the final charge.
Deposits use the gateways enabled for your account. Settlement times depend on the payment method. Crypto and bank transfers may need manual confirmation.
Currency labels in the panel describe how amounts are displayed. They do not create a multi-currency ledger unless operators configure one.
If you use UHQ SMM to promote products, brands, or services, you may have disclosure duties under advertising rules in your country, including FTC endorsement guides in the United States.
You are responsible for disclosing material connections and for complying with platform advertising policies. UHQ SMM does not place disclosures on your behalf.
Do not present artificial engagement as organic proof of popularity when that would mislead consumers or investors.
